Head of HR & People

Salary: c£70,000, plus £5,000 car allowance, 10% bonus, and excellent benefits

Are you an experienced HR leader with a strategic vision and a hands-on approach? We are seeking a dynamic Head of HR & People for a leading SME tech business poised for significant growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the People strategy while managing the day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the People strategy to support business objectives.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring seamless execution across all areas of the employee lifecycle for the UK and oversees employees.
  • Produce comprehensive board packs and present strategic insights.
  • Lead HR aspects of acquisitions, including managing the TUPE process.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and senior leaders.
  • Foster strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislative requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits and update company policies in line with legislative changes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Head of HR in a growing organisation.
  • Background in private equity-backed businesses.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering HR strategies.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to daily HR tasks.
  • CIPD qualification.
