Job Opportunity - Planning Administrator

Salary - £30,000 basic, plus bonus - OTE up to £40,000

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:30pm

Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid - one day working from home)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, supporting the Strategic Partnerships team in delivering tax-advantaged investment solutions to the UK wealth management industry.

About the Role:

This highly varied role involves collaboration with multiple teams, including Sales, Investment Management, and Investor Relations. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, from data analysis and event management to preparing key documentation for clients and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The position is ideal for someone looking to develop their career, who is proactive and likes a busy fast paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Due Diligence Questionnaires, Product Information Packs, and reports for key client meetings.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets, analyse data, and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Support the organisation and management of events, webinars, and Salesforce campaigns.
  • Provide periodic reports to the Executive Committee and sales management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years in an administration or para planner role.
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, numerate, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, motivated, and adaptable team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task, and calm under pressure.
  • Integrity and professionalism.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Efront, Salesforce).
  • AAT / RO / other professional financial services qualifications.
