HR and Payroll Administrator

Hemel

WFH (Travel to London and Hemel)

Salary £28 to £30k

Our client is looking for a HR payroll admin support due to business growth. This role is a new role and will be part of an already successful team. Based working from home you will need to travel occasionally to either London or the Hemel office

Role

  • Collating and processing payroll data
  • Processing any changes to payroll
  • Adding new starters
  • Complete monthly payroll report
  • Process P11ds and P45s
  • Provide HR support
  • Supporting with the recruitment process
  • Setting up interviews and supporting post recruitment
  • Candidate on-boarding
  • Support with HR projects
  • General admin

Ideal candidate

  • Payroll experience
  • Experience of working in HR
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • The ability to multitask
