Role Overview:

• Support existing customers with various queries and payment options.
• Engage with customers through multiple channels including phone and email.
• Manage customer relationships.

Skills & Experience:

• Background in financial services (Desirable)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive in offering solutions and finding the best outcomes for customers.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive issues and managing expectations.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• Great listening skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Good IT skills.
