Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Lead Generation: Utilise your sales expertise to develop networks, generate leads, and organise promotional events.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and providing valuable insights.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and ensure a seamless experience.
- Team Collaboration: Coach and support service managers and staff to excel in the selling process.
General Duties:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to create effective marketing plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally within social services, care, healthcare, or related fields.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
