Administrator (FTC until April 2025) required for a central Brighton based Travel Company. Hybrid working after your training period, min. 3 days in the office, up to £23000 DOE. 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Job Overview

Responsible for delivering excellent timely and proactive administration in HR and Operations with the lead up to their buys seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rep recruitment including shortlisting CVS, screening applicants via phone/Teams, organising interviews and communicating outcome to candidates.
  • Manage personal information and administering DBS checks for successful applicant's
  • Keeping HR records up to date
  • Managing onboarding compliance to deadlines
  • Managing the shared inbox.
  • Activating and deactivating Reps on system
  • Supporting UK HR and recruitment as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to produce reports and keep track of large amounts of information
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and ability to motivate others
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of Office products including Excel and Outlook
