This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable business as an Engineering Manager. The company has been on an exciting and successful growth plan. Our client is looking for someone who has a track record of leadership and accountability. The role will require the Engineering Manager to visit 3 sites a weekly basis which are in near vicinity to each other.

Skills and duties required for the Engineering Manager:

• Management of compliance, contract, and contractors
• Responsible for 8 employees in the team
• Electrical bias - qualified with 17^th and 18^th Edition for electrical installations.
• Man -management.
• Project management
• Experienced in Lead and Change management.
• FMCG background
• Working knowledge of safety systems
• Audits
• H&S experience
• Accountability
• Must hit the ground running.
• Great communicator
• Flexible approach

Hours of work: - 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
