Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Mansfield, fully office based.
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,500 per annum
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our well-established and growing client who is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. In this role, you will be support the Consultants in the recruitment of temporary workers.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be essential in managing and expanding the candidate pool. This is a fast-paced and diverse role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for building strong networks with candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment of a growing pool of candidates.
- Identify recruitment needs and draft job adverts for various platforms.
- Headhunt and approach suitable candidates using databases and other resources.
- Contribute to candidate sourcing activities, including canvassing, lead generation, and networking.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to candidate placement.
- Screen, interview, and select candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.
- Set up candidates in the system, including entering relevant information and training details.
- Maintain and manage your caseload of candidates, addressing issues and implementing necessary changes.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets related to candidate placement and business development.
- Build strong relationships with consultants to understand their needs and working environment.
- Prepare profiles and correspondence for consultants regarding suitable candidates.
Experience and skills
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong administration skills
- Good communication skills with both colleagues and external customers
- Self-motivation and personal drive
- Customer-focused with a positive "Can Do" attitude
- Ability to work on your own initiative and adapt to changing work practices
- Professional demeanour, with the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries
