Our Client a leader in their field is looking to grow their team and recruit a couple of highly capable Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team at their Regional Office in Hindon, Wiltshire.

The roles are available as either Full Time positions working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or Part Time working 25 hours a week ( hours to be agreed )

The role will be busy and varied and you will be responsible for providing support to customers whilst working in a friendly team environment.

Key duties will include :-

  • Answering customer calls and dealing with a variety of enquiries
  • Processing orders and ensuring completion of orders to schedule
  • Dealing with email and web based enquiries
  • Ensuring all special pre-orders are routed for delivery
  • Processing daily stock shortages
  • Offering alternative items and new products
  • Developing product knowledge using the website, brochures and mailshots
  • Maintaining regular contact with the sales and business account managers
  • Full customer service and administrative support

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful business as a Customer Service Administrator on either a Full Time or Part Time basis.

Full training will be provided but successful candidates will need to have excellent communication and administrative skills and have their own transport to travel to the offices in Hinton, Wiltshire.
