Part time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Based on 25 hours a week ( salary £35k pro rata )



15 Month FTC

Job details

  • Checking and posting supplier invoices
  • Booking and coding invoices
  • Setting up bi-monthly payment run
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Completion of quarterly VAT returns
  • Completion of cash flow statements
  • General admin
  • Work and support where needed FD.

Ideal candidate

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Multicurrency ledgers experience
  • Knowledge of International trade
  • NAV experience desirable
  • Good level of Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills
