We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our client's team as an Administrator in the heart of Winchester.

The Role: As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the administration for the Housing department
  • Processing invoices
  • Loading / raising and issuing new jobs of the internal systems
  • Dealing with and processing some tenancy related admin
  • Building Rapport: Establishing a positive rapport with our colleague is essential for fostering trust and satisfaction. Your friendly demeanor and empathy will leave a lasting impression.
  • Reactive Work: Adapting to changing circumstances and addressing issues as they arise is a core aspect of the role. Your ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure will be invaluable.
  • Computer Proficiency: Working with basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite and our internal CRM system, will be part of your daily routine. Your familiarity with these tools will streamline your tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Seeking Assistance: Knowing when to ask questions and seek help demonstrates initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement. You'll have the support of your supervisor and the entire team whenever you need it.
  • From time to time you will answer phone calls: You will be taking a detailed message and passing this to the relevant colleague. Your ability to listen attentively and address their needs effectively will be key.
