Customer Service Executive

Reading, Berkshire

Up to 30K DPE

We are now looking for a proactive and focused Customer Service professional to join a small but perfectly formed team within a business in Reading. Berkshire. This is a fast paced customer service role with lots of interesting elements to get your teeth stuck into and would therefore suit someone with experience in a similar role that enjoys to get involved in to areas right across the business!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders
  • Handle inquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Work with clients and customers to resolve technical inquiries (all product training will be given!)
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Contribute towards the smooth delivery / logistics of customer orders
  • Work collaboratively to manage inbound returns including packing up items for export.
