Sales Administrator and Customer Experience Centre Advisor

Temporary Role: 1-Year Minimum Term

Our client based in Fair Oak (just outside of Eastleigh) is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their fun and hard-working team.

Location: Fair Oak
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM, Friday 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Answer the sales line and assist with enquiries.
  • Manage spreadsheets and ensure accurate data entry.
  • File reservation forms and coordinate with solicitors.
  • Create, file, and upload documents to the CRM system.
  • Prepare and send welcome letters, including consumer code and management fees.
  • Perform various other administrative tasks as required.

Customer Experience:

  • Welcome and guide customers through the experience centre.
  • Assist customers in making product choices.
  • Obtain quotes and liaise with contractors.
  • Add customer choices to the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure high level customer experience.
  • Keep extras up to date with the latest products and variations.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience working within Administration.
  • Previous experience working in a customer focused role.
  • Previous experience working on CRM systems, MS office suite.
  • Interest in homes and or design - desired.
