We are recruiting a bright, ambitious, driven and money motivated Sales Executive to join a well respected and credible Serviced Office Group in the heart of London. Your role will be to drive new business and convert sales leads, working with brokers, identifying new business opportunities, networking and increasing revenue. You will work with a team of highly motivated and professional individuals who see excellence and going above and beyond as their core values. We are seeking an individual who will add value, be positive, be energetic and who want to be successful.

£28,000 plus commission (up to £10,000 a year)

5 days a week in the office

* Timely response to all incoming enquires to the company, with information returned on a same day basis.

* Achievement of KPIs based on daily activity, pipeline management and enquiry-to-tour conversion

* Following up leads and enquires in quick and timely manner

* Developing a reputation internally and externally with clients and the wider industry for excellence, honesty and integrity in everything that you do.

* Building strong relationships with external intermediaries such as Broker community and the Commercial Real Estate Agent community.

* Efficient diary and appointment management for sales team with adding and modifying viewing schedule

* Clear, effective communication both verbal and written to brokers, agents, prospective clients and fellow team members.

* Presentation of the company, both verbal and written to be compliant with the brands, values and behaviours

* All information given to brokers, agents and prospective clients on pricing and availability to be within a commercial, financial and legal structure

The ideal candidate will possess;

* Sales and business development experience or interest

* Enjoys achieving targets and driven by their own success

* Well presented, polished and articulate

* Good communication and telephone manner

* Can-do, positive attitude

* Good work ethic

* Must be able to work based in the office

* At least 1 year sales, retail or administration experience

* Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
