Our client is based in central St Albans looking for a focused Customer Services Account Manager to join their team. In return for a great package including flexible working and company bonus.


  • Account manager existing and new clients.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts.
  • Schedule meetings
  • Work to timescales.
  • Reporting
  • Updating data on files
  • General admin

Ideal candidate

  • Have excellent customer service experience.
  • Enjoy working to a high standard and have previous client engagement experience.
  • Strong time management
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Attention to detail!
  • Confident with software packages such as Excel and Word.
  • Able to work in a team as well as on your own initiative
