Tate continue to work in partnership with the Phoenix Group, to identify individuals with a passion for delivering great customer service, to join their existing teams in Norwich. As you begin your journey as a Customer Service Representative, you can expect a strong induction into the Phoenix Group with a classroom-based training period to give you a good understanding of our Life and Pensions products and how to navigate our systems.

As a Customer Service Representative in the Contact Centre, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to queries from our life and pensions customers and financial advisors, relating to their life and pension products. This could be via the telephone and via email.
  • Providing exceptional service through engaging and professional conversations, whilst carefully managing customer expectations.
  • Customers often contact us during pivotal points in their lives, your role will be to take ownership of their request.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Be passionate about customer service
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a good level of computer proficiency
  • Be comfortable working as part of a team
