Tate are working with a leading energy supplier in the UK to recruit for a customer service advisor position in Reading to come and hit the ground running. Please feel free to apply and we will get back to your application as soon as possible!

Key accountabilities

  • Telephone customer services experience - the Advisors will be working in the connections team who are the first point of contact for customer wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property.
  • The Advisors will also speak to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works.

Experience / Skills

  • Must have a high level of accuracy & compliance and be IT literate as will be using multiple systems at once
  • Experience in taking calls of high volumes
  • High organisational Skills
  • Skills to manage own workload
  • The ability to work to/meet deadlines
  • Experienced with working in fast paced environments.
