You'll become part of a global technology specialist business, renowned for providing support to major events in the music industry worldwide! As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to valued customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing telephone and email enquiries promptly with a friendly, pragmatic approach
  • Collaborating with customers and sales representatives to achieve resolutions and enhance service quality.
  • Accurately processing customer orders and adhering to established procedures.
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Fostering a positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
