This is a very progressive role based in Horsham, working within the customer services team, you will be helping their customers with their debt and advising the best way to solve this and recover the monies owed. You will need to have a great telephone manner and be highly numerate with a persuasive manner. Previous collections experience is desirable.
Duties and responsibilities will include dealing with client enquiries, taking payments, organising payment plans, and sending payment reminders, so any added experience with these duties would also be advantageous.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to handle a busy and varied workload, be resilient and hard-working, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
