Join a leading financial services firm as a Personal Assistant! Our client is seeking a confident and adaptable PA to join their fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience supporting multiple people and understand different ways of working. Client interaction is a must, as this role requires extensive liaison with leading figures within the financial services sector.
As a PA, you will be responsible for assisting Partners and staff in the production of written or visual material, diary management, and organising internal/external meetings using Outlook calendar and internal meeting room booking facilities. You will also be responsible for creating monthly fee notes, expense claims, and arranging internal team training. Other duties include holiday bookings, booking travel and restaurants, and helping to organise departmental and ad hoc client social events.
