Customer Service Administrator

Location - Winnall, Winchester

Pay rate - £11.50 per hour.

Hours - 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Duration - until the end of January

Start date - ASAP

Our client is looking for a temporary worker to support them during a busy period. This is a lovely opportunity for someone to join a friendly and hard-working team to support the smooth process of customer ordering.

We need someone that is happy to 'get stuck in' and help this small team when its 'all hands to the deck' during this busy period.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Experiencing in taking payment details and completing orders over the phone.
  • Good administration and organisation skills
  • Is adaptable and hard working.

Use of MS office, predominately Word, Excel and Outlook.

No sales are required as part of this role, it is purely customer support and administration.
