We are looking for someone to join a small team part of a large organisation based in central Winchester.

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a renewals team during an busy period. This person will be supporting the team by answering inbound calls, maintaining the internal CRM systems, and supporting the team with general admin.

You will be required to:

  • Speak to customers over the phone, face to face and online in relation to policy renewals.
  • Answer calls and respond to enquiries in a prompt and polite manner.
  • Be able to take detailed messages and signpost accordingly.
  • Build rapport with the customer on the phone.
  • Work re actively.
  • Work with basic computer systems (including MS office suite).
  • Ask questions and ask for help when required.
  • Be happy dealing with sensitive and sometimes challenging customers.

Full training will be provided, and you will have a supervisor on hand and never too far away to offer support as and when you need it.
