We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive on behalf of a leading finance business in Northampton. This is a newly created, standalone position and would be perfect for someone looking to have complete autonomy and ownership of the marketing function.

Ideally you will be a well-rounded marketeer and happy to get stuck in to a 'hands on' role, as well as working on the overall marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage all social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Building, implementing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns including email, social advertising to generate, and track, leads.
• Manage KPI's and ROI on all the above marketing tools.
• Content Strategy, developing robust content and strategies to ensure consistent, relevant, and engaging content for your target audience on all platforms.
• Regularly posting on all social media platforms to maintain a consistent and active presence online.
• Planning and project management of off-line campaigns & marketing events.
• Design & creation of new product literature, adverts & presentations.
• Manage/ update the company website.
• Managing the performance and conversion rates of leads coming through the above social media platforms.
• Undertake market research and competitor analysis.
• Produce timely and accurate campaign and lead generation report dashboards for the wider Senior Management / Sales team as required.

• Marketing strategies to support the growth of the business.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Happy to work in a standalone marketing role.
• A strong, effective communicator with proven track record of understanding social media platforms, email marketing and trends.
• Strong communication skills,
• Photography skills would be advantageous.
• Be able to use your initiative and think outside the box, bringing new ideas and constant improvement to the marketing platforms.

The position will initially be office based, Monday-Thursday 8.30-5.30pm and Friday 9am-3pm.
