Receptionist - Bristol

Start date: ASAP

Typical shift pattern: Mon - Fri 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm

Rate: £11 per hour.

Our client based in Bristol is looking for a receptionist to cover on an ad hoc basis. The role requires somebody that has good customer service skills and is happy speaking with people both face to face and over the phone.

Duties and responsibilities for the post include:

Answering the phone, taking messages, and emailing them over to the relevant person Greeting customers into the building

A front of house service incorporating a perfect first impression from the moment someone enters a building to the moment they leave.

• Reception support
• Professional - understanding first impressions count
• Branded image aligning with the representation of the building
• Extensive training provided
• Range of Administration tasks
• Training to be completed beforehand - Paid - 6 hours.
