We are currently recruiting for a prestigious established Property Management company based in Hitchin.

This is a permanent full-time position, the working hours are: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Possibly a hybrid role the company is open to working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The primary role of the property manager is to oversee the running of the property on behalf of the owner, and the upkeep and maintenance of the property is a key part of this job as well as regular communication with tenants and dealing with all tenant related issues.


Coordinating property maintenance when required

Resolving tenancy deposit disputes

Maintaining and keeping records up to date for income, expenses, lease agreements, complaints & property maintenance

Managing utility bills

General office administration and ad hoc duties

Candidate Specification:

Ideally have Property Maintenance experience - but this not essential

Have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a team

Be a car driver and use of a vehicle is essential to be able to undertake property viewings when required

Strong IT literacy

Accurate administrative skills and able to work to tight deadlines
