Someone who will establish and implement an internal and external communications strategy, to inform, engage and inspire their colleagues across the Companys multiple locations.Benefits include:· 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off· Pension scheme with excellent employer contribution· Private Medical Insurance for employee and family members· Life Assurance· Annual Professional Membership Fees paid - if applicable / relevant to the successful candidateKey Responsibilities include: · Developing and refining the communications strategies across the organisations.· Create strategic communications campaigns that will help further organisational goals, supporting the launch of any new processes to be rolled out within the organisation.· Create internal communications initiatives that will foster employee morale and drive employee engagement.· Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that consistency with the brand is maintained.· Work with Senior Leadership team with regards to Quarterly Business Updates and monthly newsletters.· Manage the Annual Social and Charity Events calendar.· Manage and maintain up to date content on the company website.· Manage the planning and creation of social media content to promote the Brand.· Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and interpret their success.Skills / Experience required:· Proven experience as a Communications Manager· Proven experience within Communications and / or Marketing· Able to demonstrate an ability to write engaging content · Proven success writing and implementing Marketing and Communications Strategies and Campaigns· Project Management skills · Able to meet deadlines· An Analytical and strategic thinker· MS Office savvy, together with evidence to pick up new in-house systems quickly· Flexible and adaptable· Able to communicate exceptionally, both written and verbally.· Able to use own initiative and prioritise workload.
