People Services Advisor - Hybrid - 6-month contract

Our client based in the Whiteley area have an exciting opportunity for someone to join them as a People Services Advisor initially on a 6-month contract. This role operates as an ambassador for great customer service working with colleagues across the People Operations and other business teams providing a great people service.Role: People Services Advisor Where: Whiteley Salary: Up to £25,000pa + Bonus

Responsibilities will include:

The role is to provide a great end to end people experience for the Partners, Managers and colleagues as this role acts as first point of contact for all people related queries. The role is front facing and involves directly managing incoming calls and emails from Partners, Managers and colleagues to provide the best solution to resolve individual queries. The role will provide accurate and timely solutions by resolving queries upfront, guiding Partners, Managers and colleagues to relevant self-service resources or escalating the query to the relevant Subject Matter Expert (SME).Key Responsibilities· Managing incoming Partner, Manager or colleague correspondence (phone, email) · Accountable for providing a first-time resolution or escalation to the self-service hub or triage to Subject Matter Expert· Supporting the People Services Manager to maintain and deliver a great service and identifying ways to improve service at every opportunity· Building collaborative relationships with Partners, Managers and colleagues· Escalate any recurring themes and patterns in contacts to Team Leader to ensure appropriate resolution can be put in place You will need: · Excellent customer service skills· Confident written and verbal communication skills· Excellent listening skills and able to ask probing questions to fully understand queries· Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy· Ability to operate at pace and own end to end queries· Good computer literacy and ability to quickly pick up new systems· Proven experience in working in a team and building collaborative relationships· Ability to plan and prioritise workload and adapt when plans change· An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targetsIf this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary skills and experience please don't hesitate to APPLY.
