Pay: £15.00 an hour

Hours: 35 hours a week - Monday to Friday

Contract Length: 3 months

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation called Willis Towers Watson within the HR team. As a HR Administrator you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Human Resources function. This role will focus upon maintaining and administering colleagues data by acting upon requests received and working through others to get results. Being able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team is essential in order to support the Group HR Strategy of Global HR Service Delivery and maximise the potential of the Company's Human Resources Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating all activities relating to the benefits and systems administration, and supporting other human resources areas, like health, mobility.
  • Recruiting and training.
  • Previous HR and benefits administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems.
  • Methodical and organised approach with the ability to work towards tight deadlines

Experience:

  • Co-ordinating all activities relating to the benefits and systems administration, and supporting other human resources areas, like health, mobility.
  • Previous experience of working within a busy HR administrative environment and knowledge of key HR related issues and processes, is desirable.
  • Recruiting and training.
  • Previous HR and benefits administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills with ability to deal with people at all levels within the organisation Strong use of both written and verbal English Ability to work as part of a team with a can do attitude.
  • Methodical and organised approach with the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
