Customer Service Advisor

Tate Basingstoke are on the lookout for 2x Customer Service superstars to join a super fun and modern business who's office is based in Newbury.
As a Customer Service Exec you will be working within the customer support team of an electronics company. In this role you will be able to work with all areas of the business assisting with various teams to deliver excellent customer service.
This is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is looking to take a leap into the office world, or perhaps somebody looking for a company who can offer progression and employee career development. And who can resist a payrise every 6 months!!
Within the customer service / product team some of your duties will be:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Liaising with mobile network providers
- Product investigations
- Helping customers with initial product query
Other details of the role:
- Monday - Friday
- 8.30am - 5pm or 9.30am - 6pm
- One hour lunch
- In time you will be required to work the Saturday service which is on a rota basis which means you would work a Saturday 10-4pm every 2 months. You will get paid extra for this.
