Learning And Development Administrator Salary - £20,098 - £23,057Full time (35 hours) or can be part time (28 hours) Permanent HybridManchester - relocating to Bury in January 2023This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a well-structured organisation who can offer great career development opportunities. As an Administrator, you will be working to support the L&D department with all administrative tasks. A high level of attention to detail is needed to excel within this role and you will be exposed to a wide range of administration tasks.Duties· Support the team with organising internal and external events, including training, annual events and conferences · Work closely with the Transformation Support Officers to ensure newly developed training is rolled out in a comprehensive manner · Devise and maintain office systems, including internal and external data management e.g. maintaining CMS, developing training and event bookings systems· Plan course days and related events including all arrangements such as refreshments, printing and distributing course materials, welcoming attendees· Track applications using designated systems, updating with all required details · Assist in liaising with course tutors / volunteers for delivery of courses, including organising dates, issuing relevant coursework · Issue correspondence to applicants, including on-boarding information and information about courses · Act as liaison point for collating mid-course feedback and end of course feedback and evaluation · Administrate tasks relating to end-of-course certificates · Attend team meetings as required.Experience · Administrative or secretarial experience, ideally in a training or events organisation environment · Desirable experience of event organisation · Able to produce visually attractive documents in a timely way whilst meeting deadlines · Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone manner · Possess Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, MS Forms, MS Lists, and mail merge · Able to develop new systems to improve efficiency · Willing to attend evening and weekend meetings and events - with notice · Willingness to travel to meetings (car not essential) Benefits· 22 days annual leave per year rising to 25 days after 12 months service, in addition to bank holidays and 3 additional days· Pension available · Hybrid workingThe role is 35 hours a week full time but 4 days a week will be considered.

Office is based in Manchester city centre currently, but company is relocating to Bury in January 2023 so must be able to travel both locations.
