Our scale-up global tech client based in Stratford-Upon-Avon are looking to appoint a UK People Manager. The role will support all the people needs for the UK and EU including engagement, performance, employee relations, training, compensation, hiring, Hr systems and much more.
Whilst the role is a 360 People Manager role you will also provide guidance and strategic project support to the Executive & Senior Leadership team offering advice and solutions continuously. You will also support the Global HR function and report directly to the Head of People in the US.
The successful candidate must come from a start-up/scale-up background ideally within tech or a fast growing industry. Currently there are 160 staff in the UK and this will double next year.
The role is hybrid working, a minimum of 2 days in the Stratford-upon-Avon office per week.
