Hybrid Recruitment Administrator Immediate start£11.26 per hourApprox. £23,421 per annumFTC for 1 yearFull Time, Monday to FridayFree parking availableMust be able to occasionally travel to Southampton once per weekTate are currently working with the University of Southampton to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join their Recruitment Hub.

You will be responsible for supporting the University's recruitment and retention strategy by delivering a full recruitment service to Faculties and Services for staff and casual workers, ensuring that candidates and recruiting managers are always provided with the highest quality service.

To assist the HR department with ad hoc projects and general support.Main Areas of Responsibility:· Actively manage the implementation of recruitment campaigns for staff and casual workers· Liaison with stakeholders, customers, prospective candidates, suppliers (e.g. advertising agencies) · To manage the Recruitment / Uniworkforce Inbox dealing with enquiries as they arise to support effective delivery· Monitor, maintain and update the applicant tracking system in a timely manner so progress of an application can be easily clarified· Prepare and issue contracts of employment/information packs and maintain employee records to always defined standards of quality and integrity· To accurately calculate pay, annual leave and other contractual entitlements· To ensure that all written documentation i.e. email, letters, contracts are accurate and contain the correct information and the content is suitable for the recipient to receive· Taking responsibility and signing all appropriate correspondence.Skills required:· Previous Recruitment Administration experience (desirable)· Experience of all types of Recruitment advertising (desirable)· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal· Experience of working in a busy, faced-paced environment· Strong organisational skills· Self-motivated and delivery focused· Works effectively, independently and with minimum supervision· Proven ability to manage stakeholder and customer expectations at all levels· IT literate including competent use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and experience of databasesTo express interest in this opportunity, please apply today, or contact Tate for more information; 01582 692 543.
