Ongoing training and development
Being the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
Dedicated account management of a portfolio of clients.
Building rapport with customers, to enable long-lasting relationships and partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve business growth through the maximisation of revenue generating opportunities.
Working with customers to ensure they have the correct products and services to match their requirements.
Query and dispute resolution.
Skills & Experience required:
Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience of providing it to a customer base
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem solving ability
Adaptable and attentive to customer needs
Experience of using in house systems
