Full time Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Hybrid working - office based in Sandwich

Temporary - 6 month contract

Tate are working with a pharmaceutical company in their search for an experienced customer service executive.

Key Duties:

  • Providing customer service to both clients, patients and healthcare professionals that have purchased pharmaceutical products
  • Provide subject matter expertise and provide query resolution
  • Directing or escalating queries to the relevant internal or external experts or sales management teams
  • Responding to queries mainly via telephone but also via email
  • Undertaking administrative tasks as required - updating systems in line with queries/information received, undertaking accurate filing, pulling, and updating reports or records, locating, and using information documents regarding products to aid resolution of customer queries

Experience:

  • Customer service experience in handling challenging customer queries and complaints via telephone and digital.
  • Computer literate with experience of working with a range of software/SAP systems
  • Able to answer queries through various incoming channels (telephone/webchat/letter/email
