Home based 4 days a week but will need to work in Luton once a week
Mon-Fri - 40 hours
£25,000 - £28,000 plus team bonus

About the opportunity
This role is working for one of our largest national accounts. It's an extremely busy account in which you will be expected to meet the needs of the client, providing an exceptional service at all levels. You will be part of our Service Delivery team who are the largest team at Tate with over 30 staff. This award-winning team work very closely together to ensure the client get the best service possible. This is great opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast pace of in house recruitment and builds lasting relationships.
The role - some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include
Working for a key client you will be part of their recruitment team:
Manage the day-to-day client relationships with hiring managers and client internal recruitment team as applicable
Providing recruitment advice to Hiring Managers
Managing end to end recruitment process including taking full and detailed vacancy briefing and advising on appropriate sourcing strategies
Pro-actively exploring new opportunities within client to maximise Tate opportunity
Providing market information to client to positively influence recruitment decisions
Working collaboratively with Tate sourcing team to maximise business opportunity
Providing qualified shortlists to hiring managers
Accurate upkeep of all recruitment systems
Managing offer and on-boarding process as required
Compliance with and adherence to all client policies
Working in line with formal SLAs agreed with client
About You
Some previous experience with in recruitment - can be internal or external
You will have great communication skills, be results driven, enthusiastic, persuasive, and good at making and maintaining relationships with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Highly organised
The role requires lots of attention to detail together with excellent IT and administration skills.
Experience of managing multiple recruitment systems
Experience of presenting to clients in formal and informal settings
You will have a collaborative and supportive nature, always confident in finding solutions and resolutions
You will have a great sense of humour and take everything in your stride
You will need to be comfortable working remotely but will be working as part of a team with support and training from experienced staff and meet with your team regularly in Luton
