Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
We're working with a rapidly expanding business within the financial services sector. They are looking for an organised Office Administrator with excellent attention to detail to join their busy team. This role will also cover maternity leave for the PA to Head of Sales from December. You will support the Sales team with day-to-day tasks and undertake general office administration.
As Office Administrator your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Collating monthly figures
- Producing reports for meetings
- New starter set ups
- Replenishing of office supplies
- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Keeping the CRM system up to date
- Chasing documents
- Supporting the sales team with their admin tasks
Experience required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills
- IT literate - particularly Excel
- Organised with excellent administration skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
- Methodical and accurate working practice
- Flexible and adaptable
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative.
