We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join our client's busy team on a temporary, 10-week assignment to cover the holiday period. You will be involved in helping to deliver outstanding service and co-ordinating engineers on a day-to-day basis.
Duties will include the following:
- Taking calls from customer and clients with a service or breakdown need - Booking and scheduling appointments to engineers - Confirming appointments with customers - Calling customers to book in annual service appointments for engineers - Identifying customer problems and offering solutions - Updating database and managing bookings on an in-house portal
Key competencies:
- Someone who is calm under pressure - Organised and proactive - An excellent level of customer service - Excellent communication skills - A good general knowledge of MS Office - Ideally have a call centre or service background
