Office Administrator £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experienceOffice based - City Centre outskirts Our client is looking to recruit an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills to join their team supporting with administrative tasks and diary management.This role would be perfect for someone looking for their next career move in an administration based role working for a company with a great culture, fun but busy upbeat professional office environment.
Duties include:· Manage consultants diaries by liaising with clients · Ensure email inboxes are checked regularly and emails are responded to in adherence with company SLAs· Process client documentation and despatch copies of welcome documents to clients· Format, print, and collate notes for client and produce attendance certificates upon course completion· Maintain filing systems, undertaking filing and archiving documentation (both on system and paper version) for all divisions of the company· Format and finalise employment documentation · Processing post, arranging parcel despatches, assessing and ordering stationery supplies, arranging refreshments for meetings· Arranging printing services for business cards, brochures etc. · Monitor booking and allocation of equipment such as projectors, laptops, and mobile phones for employee home working and meeting usePrevious experience required:· Proven track record working within an administration and customer service role· Microsoft office including Microsoft Excel at the level of producing sums and formulas· Previous experience of diary management desirable · Strong organisation skills· Excellent attention to detail· Confident to communicate on the phone and via email.
