Sales Order Administrator
Our client a global company based on the outskirts of Southampton who offer an excellent range of company benefits including 25 days holiday + BH, free parking and an early finish on Fridays are currently looking to recruit a Sales Order Administrator to join their friendly team. The role will involve entering of customer orders onto the system ensuring all information and pricing is correct, resolving of any issues and keeping customers updated on the progress. The role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team who has experience within a similar role and excellent attention to detail. The company are currently working hybrid.
Role: Sales Order Administrator Where: Outskirts of Southampton Salary: To £24,000pa
Responsibilities will include:
· Entering of Sales Orders onto the system ensuring all orders are accurate · Escalation of any issues relating to pricing and materials to relevant departments · Communicating with customers via telephone and emails, updating on progress and answering queries· Any other administrative tasks as requiredYou will need: · Excellent communication skills· To be highly organised with excellent attention to detail· The ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload· Experience within a similar role· IT skills including MS OfficeIf this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary skills and experience please don't hesitate to APPLY.
