Employee Relations Advisor Swiss Cottage £33,000 -£40,000Tate are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Employee Relations Advisor. This position is based in Swiss Cottage within head office of a well-known care service provider. The ideal candidate will have ER experience and up to date knowledge of current HR laws. Duties include: · Providing knowledge and expertise to support cases of grievance and disciplinaries etc.· Supporting the creation and amendments of documents such as handbooks, policies, and template letters etc.· Managing the complete employee life cycle· Implementing internal process improvements · Supporting internal and external audits· Involvement in project and new HR elements· Updating employee records· Contributing to ER strategies This advisor will play a key role in helping to provide advice to the wider team that is in line with the company charter and mission statement. This person must be solutions orientated, with a can-do attitude and the ability to use their own initiative.
