What can this company offer me?· Term Time (and Term Time+ available)· Generous Pension Scheme· 28 days holiday entitlement· Employee Assistance Programme· Benefits and discounts through our Herts Rewards package· Further learning and development opportunities availablePurpose of the RoleTo complete supplier questionnaires and tender responses, liaising with all other departments to compile comprehensive and attractive responses.To support the Sales Team with any new sales or business retention opportunities.Write well structured, succinct and high scoring method statements and responses.Key areas of responsibility: · To write effective tender documents and method statements for tenders ensuring questions are fully answered and scores are maximised. Liaise with document designer to ensure all tenders are completed on time with full answers within the requirements of the tender.· To complete Pre-Qualifying and Supplier Questionnaires documents to ensure HCL is shortlisted for tender opportunities.· To review Portals for tender opportunities. When tenders are released that the business wants to pursue, project manage the process. This will involve ensuring the information is submitted on time allowing for full internal review prior to submission, including attending site visits on behalf of HCL and co-ordination of content from all parts of the business.Skills & Experience:· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong levels of accuracy in written English and numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.· Proven ability to develop effective working relationships whilst working as part of a team but with the self-motivation to work independently.· Proven track record of winning business through tender processes.· Proven effective organisational skills, prioritising workload within demanding time scales, resilient under pressure.· Ability and experience of working flexibly within a team utilising experience and expertise to support the wider team to promote HCL.· Proven project management skills in managing bids.· Possess a high level of professional integrity, with the requirement to represent the business to any clients, whilst maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards at all times.· Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, In Design and email.· Able to accurately proof read copy · Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.To express an interest in the role, please apply today or contact Tate on 01582 692 542 for more information.
