Customer Advisor Reading (hybrid working)Full time (Monday - Friday)3-month contract£12.90 per hour Tate are working with a long-standing and well-established energy provider company, to recruit for a Customer Advisor based in Reading.We have two similar positions open, both of which include speaking to customers via telephone / email daily. The main objective of these roles is to deal with customer enquiries and issues and resolve them in a timely manner.The roleKey Duties:· Investigation of change of tenancy when people are moving to a new property· Make outbound calls to gather relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts. (High level of accuracy is needed)· Sending information requests to customers and managing responses. · Inbound Telephony position dealing with billing enquiries · Deal with customers who have issues with payments and are unhappy with their bills / payments due.Person Specification· Strong customer service background · Excellent verbal communication skills· Candidates must be resilient, empathetic and be able to build relationships with customers quickly· Excellent IT skills (7 internal systems used daily)· Manage own workload and work well on their own initiative · Professional and engaging telephone manner · Attention to detail and strong accuracy Full training will be provided for the more complex systemsIf you have the essential experience and are interested, please apply today'
