You may not have call centre experience, this isn't necessary for this role as full training will be given, what is important is that you like making customers feel special and go above and beyond to ensure their customers know how important they are. So, if you are working in a customer facing role and looking to gain office experience, then this role maybe just what you have been looking for.You will be speaking to customers, booking them appointments, updating their system, as well as supplying customers with information on products. You will also deal with on-line orders and respond to customers via social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram - so its not all 100% phones, there is lots of variations within these roles. You must be PC literate and confident with using Microsoft office.The hours of work are 37.5 per week and you would work 7.5 hours each day between 08.30 and 19.00 and the role will require weekends on a rota basis, so not every weekend. The beauty of this role is that when you are working until 19.00 or weekends, you can work at home but also have the chance to work in their beautiful offices, enjoy some time with some superb team members and supporting Managers.Theres also the opportunity to earn bonus through hitting some targets such as taking so many calls per day and also on the quality of your calls.
