Tate are working with an organisation based in central Bristol in their search for a Project Officer to act as the project lead on a highly important project within Children and Families Services. You will be responsible for monitoring and leading a multi-agency partnership group in improving pathways, services and practice.
Duties include:
- To plan and develop specific quality assurance activities and workforce development.
- To lead on delivering consultation, engagement, participation and co-construction events and activities with children, young people and their families.
- To work in partnership with other agencies to develop responses to children and families accessing services in Bristol.
- To develop, implement, evaluate, and review operational policies in relation to safeguarding children, adults and communities.
- Support improvements in how the partnership offers services which meet the government legislation and best practice guidance that relates to safeguarding children and young people.
- Produce and implement a project plan for understanding and improving the partnership's response to child sexual abuse.
