Supply Chain Executive

Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Location: Tring (flexi-working available) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm

A leading global manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, premium products now have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international division to provide top quality service to customers and company owned distributors.

The Role: · Build strong relationships with customers · Review, process and administer orders · Liaise with distributers, warehouses and finance teams to action credits and debits · Action quality issues and ensure resolution · Update and track distributor orders and prioritise orders with the US teams · Update and distribute weekly order reports to distributors · Communicate customer issues and propose solutions · Provide sales forecasts · Document and respond to customer complaints · Manage and communication product availability issues and coordinate substitutions · Book in collections and arrange documentation with external shipping companies Skills/Experience Required: · Previous Supply Chain/Logistics experience · An interest in Operations/Import and Export · Experience with international warehouses/sites (highly advantageous) · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Great organisation and analytical skills · Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
