5 days over 7, 8 hours a day between 8am and 6pm (finish by 4pm saturdays, finish by 3pm Sundays)

£21 000 OTE £28 000

Job Responsibilities:

• Face to face and phone-based interactions with customers
• Managing customer accounts
• Selling merchandise and insurance
• Up selling and cross selling
• Following up on customer enquiries and delivering the best solution for their particular needs

Skills, Experience and Interests required:

• Retail sales experience is essential
• Customer service experience is essential
• Must be fully conversant with MS Office packages
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
