Front of House Administrator position within an established and reputable asset management based at the London's West End. This role permanent, starting as soon as possible, and offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. Working Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm.

You will facilitate and provision the continued growth of the business by supporting the Office Manager in providing the central administrative support function across the Business Admin Department.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Portraying a professional image to staff, clients and external consultants at all times
  2. Welcoming visitors and ensuring their well-being whilst on the premises
  3. Answering in-coming calls, taking messages and directing calls to relevant colleagues
  4. Assisting with the ordering and distribution of office supplies for all offices
  5. Dealing with enquiries and admin team mailboxes and actioning emails and/or forwarding these to the relevant member of staff.
  6. Updating and managing information on the in-house database.
  7. Organising conference calls.
  8. Setting up meeting rooms and coordination events.
  9. Assisting the Office and Facilities Manager in ensuring printers and other IT equipment in all offices are in working order and supplies (toners, cartridges) are available at all times.
  10. Administration support to wider team - templates, document formatting, photocopying and other support on special projects/ assignments within the business as appropriate.
  11. Help create a healthy work/life balance with range of inclusive events
  12. Travel arrangements - taxi, train, car hire or flight journeys for staff
  13. Organisation of staff social events and other business events
  14. Health and Safety inspections and ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard

Ideal Qualifications / Experiences:

  1. Solid experience working as an office administrator / assistant.
  2. Operations or Facilities experience is ideal.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Empathetic, friendly and warm personality.
