Credit Controller - Hedge End - £24,000-£26,000 - Full time

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to work for a successful global organisation. You will be joining a well-established company who have an outstanding reputation within their industry, and sustainability is at the heart of what they do.

Credit Controller responsibilities will include:

· Contacting customers to ensure that they pay outstanding monies to terms and remain within their credit limits · Updating and maintaining customer accounts · Ensuring that customer queries are resolved · Investigating debit notes that have been deducted from payments and resolving · Creating customer claims· You will need: · Previous experience of working within a similar role · Good written and verbal skills · A polite and helpful manner · To be self-motivated · Good organisation and prioritisation skills · To be IT literate in MS Office, Word and Excel
