Account Manager - Middleton -Manchester up to £30,000-£35,000 basic + team bonus
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast growing, fun and hugely successful team based in Middleton in Manchester.
My client is looking for hungry sales people with excellent account management skills to join them in the next phase of their growth plans so you must be incredibly ambitious.
They have over 120,000 clients worldwide, and are looking for experienced sales professionals who are looking to advance their careers to another level. You must have a real passion for sales and closing deals and be able to thrive in a highly pressurised environment where results are expected. Account Manager duties include:
- Contacting new and lapsed customers to grow your database
- Researching new areas for development, and making outbound calls to those clients
- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients
- Visiting clients on site throughout the South (Field based role)
- Producing quotations for new and existing clients and following up within strict deadlines
- Identifying new sales opportunities and upselling to existing accounts
- Looking at stock availability and keeping in contact with the client regarding any issues
- Confident, driven and resilient character
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional levels of sales expertise and customer service by going the extra mile
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work at pace but also record information accurately
