Role: Learning & Development Admin / CoordinatorLocation: SurbitonSalary: 25-30K + benefitsPermanent positionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and bright L&D admin / coordinator to join a prestigious top Fortune 500 Facilities Management company based in Surbiton. Its a permanent position, starting ASAP, paying up to £30K per annum plus benefits. This is a fast paced & varied position and the successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have the ability to multitask, be highly organised and have exceptional customer service skills. Main duties include but not limited to:1. Manage internal learning requests and keep wait list updated at all times2. Liaise with external and internal trainers and venues to ensure availability and book programmes3. Organise refreshments at internal and external venues4. Source additional suitable venues and negotiate costs5. Production, printing and distribution of training course materials, certificates and delegate registers, ensuring that accurate attendance records are maintained6. Monitoring of L&D online learning inbox, managing and responding to enquiries.7. Administration and editing of online learning modules to keep up to date with current legislative changes8. Manage purchase card for payments, ensuring monthly reconciliation is accurate9. Provide monthly activity and data reports as required to Head of L&D, WSA team and HR10. Use JDE or IFS systems to add training partners and suppliers; raise and approve purchase orders11. Raise purchase orders and organise payments for venues, trainers and suppliers in a timely manner12. Maintain L&D database and spreadsheets with accurate up to date information13. Cross-charge contracts, accounts and departments on a monthly basis, maintaining close contact with the finance team for any queries14. Provide administrative support to Head of L&D and L&D business partners, including written communication to delegates, external training providers, venues.Person Spec: 1. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential2. Experience in programme coordination useful3. Effective administrative and organisational skills are essential4. Excellent written and verbal English skills essential5. Flexibility and ability to respond to changing prioritiesOther factors relevant to the job:1. Some UK-wide travel is required2. Full, clean driving licence is useful
